4. All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, and course materials, are the intellectual property of Emily Jamea and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent.

5. All purchases (including workshop registrations) must be paid in full at the time of purchase. All sale are final.
   

6. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Houston Sex Therapy PLLC and its affiliates are not liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from your use of our Services.
